Robert is the founder, heart and soul of FireStart. He is a passionate entrepreneur, key note speaker and well known thought leader in the automation space for more than a decade. He studied Software Engineering for Business and Finance and worked as a consultant in the banking industry before starting FireStart back in 2008.
His well-founded technical background in combination with his leadership skills are the perfect foundation to make FireStart’s vision become a reality – that people and technology perform as one.
Benedict is an experienced & versatile HR Lead focused on talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR process management. Before his exposure to the startup world at wikifolio.com & Speedinvest, he helped bwin, a key brand of the FTSE100 company Entain, develop modern talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to stay competitive in the war for digital talents. Benedict received his MSc. & BSc. degrees in Psychology from Sigmund-Freud-University & University of Sussex.
From large structures at VIG Twinformatics and ÖBB, established international product businesses (Automic), scale-ups like FireStart, and even Startups in their founding phase (SheepBlue), Sebastian was able to gather experience in all stages of growth. Leading the technology department here at FireStart, leading teams as Lead Developer at VIG Twinformatics, or developing software and leading projects as a consultant for various clients, Sebastian gave his all to contribute to a successful business, project, and team.
