As a global software company, COPA-DATA needs to meet high standards in its internal software release management processes. To make these processes consistent and achieve the efficiency it is striving for, the company implemented FireStart as a process management and workflow platform.

During the pilot projects, the company’s internal service processes were coordinated with the help of different department managers. Afterwards, these processes were connected to the company’s IT infrastructure and workflow forms were designed for the individual user groups. Thus, COPA-DATA could achieve a comprehensive process management lifecycle, where processes could be optimized and changing requirements quickly clarified and tested in practice.
