Business Circle Process Management Virtual Forum 2020

21.10. - 22.10.

With more than 25 speakers and 80 participants, the Business Circle Process Management Virtual Forum will focus on the exchange of knowledge among representatives from leading tech companies.

Stay safely social distanced in the comfort of your own office or home while still enriching your process management know-how. The forum will address key industry questions including “What skills will the process manager of tomorrow need to possess for technical developments such as process mining, AI and blockchain?” and “How should process management be positioned in the corporate structure?”.

The Business Circle Process Management Virtual Forum is not only aimed at board members and managing directors but also at chief process officers (CPO), chief organization officers (COO), chief information officers (CIO) and chief digital officers (CDO). Most of all, managers in business process, strategy, organization, development, digitalization and innovation will be in their element at this cross-industry conference. We are redefining the image of process manager as role that involves acting as an important interface between marketing, sales, finance, personnel, purchasing, logistics and many other areas.

FireStart will be amongst this broad spectrum of participants and will even be speaking at this virtual event. In collaboration with Christoph Heichinger from our partner cubido, a global data expert in individual analytics and development solutions we will present a use case on October 22nd. It will be all about agile process management at WKÖ, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, therefore Thomas Reithofer will from WKÖ will be joining us too. We can’t wait to E-meet you!
