Happy Projects 2020
22.9. @ 8:30 - 19:00
The HAPPYPROJECTS 20 international management conference organized by Roland Gareis Consulting (RGC) will be held as an online event on September 22, 2020. This year, the full focus will be on the topic of “Mindset & Methods”.
The reason behind this choice is simple: if we have the right mindset, not only can we overcome major challenges, we can also more easily achieve our objectives. Our inner convictions affect how we behave and the decisions we make in certain situations. So having the right mindset is one of the keys to a company’s success. It’s an interesting subject!
HAPPYPROJECTS 20 will include a total of 16 plenary and streamed presentations, four exhibitor presentations and six workshops on this theme, as well as an open session for around 300 management experts. Including a presentation by FireStart entitled “From paperwork to hyperautomation – new methods and technologies in the age of digital transformation”.
Robotic process automation, human-centric workflow automation, process mining and agile IT through low-/no code application development – we will be addressing these key subjects in our presentation. Why have we chosen these four subjects? It’s very simple: we want our talk to give you an overview of current trends and technologies that you can apply to significantly improve efficiency and agility in your company. Our chosen subjects address precisely these trends and technologies.
If you want to learn whether agile company management in the age of digital transformation requires a new mindset, and how the available technology needs to be used to achieve this, then please join us! Our presentation is also for you if your company handles enormous quantities of data. We’ll show you the right way to use this data to gain amazing insights into your business processes, how paper-based processes can be replaced with digital workflows, and how employees can increasingly work hand in hand with software robots.
Interested? Good. We’ll update this page soon with the time of our presentation on September 22, 2020. You won’t want to miss it!
