Process Time 2020 – Process management in the public sector
07.5. @ 14:00 - 17:30
The Gesellschaft für Prozessmanagement (Association for Process Management) is an independent association for knowledge transfer in process management. In addition to Process Day, which is held annually at Danube University Krems, the association also organizes Process Time. From best practice examples from companies and new scientific insights, to “do-how” from experienced process consultants – all this and more will be discussed at Process Time, which will take place in the Vienna City Hall.
A wide range of process management topics will be presented and discussed at Process Time on the afternoon of May 7. There will be five presentations on the subject of process management in public administration, one of which will be given by FireStart: Martin Mostögl, Head of Collaboration and Cloud Productivity Austria at Atos IT Solutions and Service GmbH, and Thomas Reithofer, ICT Strategy Austrian Economic Chambers (WKÖ), will present a use case for FireStart. They invite you to join the discussion.
Their 30-minute talk “Let Your Work Flow – Process digitalization at the Austrian Economic Chambers” will cover the WKÖ’s ELMA solution – a solution for the approval and digital signature of documents and contracts. It’s a fascinating use case. Processes often come under scrutiny during digitalization, as they offer enormous potential for improvement and automation. The WKÖ’s ELMA solution is an example of the successful implementation of process digitalization so we are delighted to be able to present it to you at Process Time.
You can also come and visit us any time during Process Time at our stand in the Vienna City Hall. We look forward to seeing you there.
