FireStart is BPM Toolmaster 2017

We are proud to announce our BPM Suite FireStart overall winner of the Tool Masters 2017 in Vienna. The BPM solution convinced the participants and performed particularly successful in the categories process modelling, process automation, process monitoring and usability.

Since the first event in 2011, the BPM Tool Masters is an established name in the European Business Process Management community. At the Tool Masters, well-known vendors of BPM tools give a live demo of their solution. What is special about the Tool Masters is the scoring system – the points are not awarded by an expert jury but by expert users. This way tool assessment is conducted by those who will work with it in the end, which is a high accolade for the overall winner.

As in previous years, the participants of the Tool Masters 2017 seized the opportunity to catch up on the latest process management solutions. Moreover, the participants compared and evaluated the presented process management tools according to the following criteria:

  • Support of process modelling
  • Support of process analysis
  • Support of process automation
  • Support of process monitoring
  • Usability

Being an effective solution combining professional process planning, intelligent workflow automation, and in-depth process analysis, FireStart managed to capture the visitors’ interest.

After a brief company presentation and a demonstration of the process tools, the participants evaluated the solution introduced by the FireStart BPM Suite as follows
