FireStart Releases Version 2020.3
The third release of the year is finally here and it is a big one folks! From new fast modelling features, to an improved Outlook Plugin, and even new UiPath integrations, we’re keeping you on your feet and always expanding our features to keep up with your needs.
To expand on our MS Teams concentration last release, 2020.3 adds a Teams activity set that includes several elements/activities that allows you to interact with Microsoft Teams from within your workflows. Currently, you can reply to team messages, interact with teams and team channels or retrieve information from teams via a workflow.
FireStart has always greatly valued our partnership with UiPath. Now we are pleased to announce that we have taken our partnership with UiPath, the leading provider of Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to the next level. FireStart and UiPath now interact even more seamlessly with each other: Intuitive wizards allow events and activities in FireStart and UiPath to be configured to build truly seamless end-to-end workflows.
FireStart on the go is better than ever! For 2020.3, there is now an additional view that is optimized for mobile which allows you to get an overview of Tasks, Processes and Workflows.
Believe it or not, modelling with FireStart just got even FASTER! On top of adding elements using the Insert Panel or Context Menu, you can now simply drag the mouse from an output point of an element to a point on the canvas and insert an element from the new selection window onto that area.
Outlook Task View
We have good news for all the fans of our Outlook Plug-In: If you were already excited about the fact that workflow tasks can be edited directly in your inbox thanks to FireStart, you will love our latest feature! Fasten your seatbelts, because now there is also a task view for Outlook. This way, you can easily keep track of your current tasks and their progress.
It is now possible to generate an Export of a Process Template Model in .bpmn file format. With this new feature, process models can be exported in the .bpmn file format and used in other systems. This is what true boundlessness looks like!
Workflow Log Export as PDF
Archive workflow log data securely and carefree? No problem with this brand-new feature: Log data of completed workflows can now be automatically exported as a PDF file to a previously defined folder.
