Once approved:
The system schedules the training based on trainer and participant availability
Participants are enrolled automatically and receive calendar invites (e.g., via Outlook or Teams)
Delivery, Evaluation & Archiving
Training is delivered through LMS, Teams, or in-person sessions
Attendance and participation are tracked
Knowledge transfer is verified via quizzes, feedback forms, or performance checks
Certificates are issued digitally
All records are archived in employee profiles with full audit trails
Reminders for mandatory retraining are automated, and non-compliance alerts are sent ahead of audits
